Here are the specs:
- Time took to complete: Approximately 2 weeks.
- Most difficult part of the mod: Constructing/fabricating the case and dissipating the heat from the regulator powering the TFT 8-inch LCD.
- 8-inch LCD screen resolution: Default res. 800x600, but can go up to 1280x960!
- Average battery life: 3-Hours of Mac mini portable computing.
- Pretty much all the materials were found or recycled items.
- $700 for us Yanks. Not a bad price for the worlds smallest portable Mac OS X system.

Hi Nice Blog .Setting the backlight to “always on” will significantly reduce your ipod battery life. Only use the backlight when necessary.
